Meet Sarah
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, one of the things Sarah loves most about counseling is the moment when a person feels seen, known, and safe enough to first hope and then try something different: to be honest about their pain; encouraged to grow; freed to begin healing. She is passionate about walking alongside clients in faith struggles, family of origin and relationship issues, and trauma and abuse recovery.
Sarah uses an integrative approach which draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and EMDR to provide trauma-focused recovery that can be tailored to each individual's needs. She also enjoys integrating faith into the healing process.
